David Hand - Baritone

David has a wealth of performance experience. As a boy he was a member of Scunthorpe Co-operative Junior Choir which performed at competitive festivals and on radio. When his treble voice left him he became a member of Scunthorpe Amateur Operatic Society. Another local society that reaped the benefit of David's membership was Brigg Amateur Operatic Society, of which he was Chairman for five years. He is currently a member of both Scunthorpe's Gilbert & Sullivan Society and Hospital Players.

By coincidence, David, like our founder Baritone Ed Walker, is a magician, performing under the name of 'Sleight of Hand' specialising in 'close-up magic'.
